By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The App is intended for adults 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a person under 18, we will delete that information promptly. 3.1 Information You Provide Directly
Account information. Name, email address, password, phone number, profile photo, and [ANY OTHER REGISTRATION FIELDS].
Membership information. Your membership tier, team assignment, and program enrollment status.
Habit and goal data. The daily habits you select under the H5 system, your daily scores, streak history, goals, commitments, and any notes or reflections you enter.
Community content. Posts, comments, messages, replies, and any other content you submit through community features, including content you send to other members.
Event and call participation. Registrations, RSVPs, attendance records, and any information you submit through event forms or intake forms.
Support communications. Information you provide when you contact us, including the content of your message.
Payment information. If you purchase a subscription or membership through the App, payment is processed by [Apple App Store / Google Play / STRIPE / OTHER]. We do not collect or store your full payment card number. We receive transaction confirmation, subscription status, and [WHAT ELSE].
3.2 Information Collected Automatically
Device and usage information. Device type, operating system and version, unique device identifiers, app version, language and region settings, IP address, crash logs, and diagnostic data.
Activity information. Features you use, screens you view, content you access, session length and frequency, and interaction timestamps.
Push notification tokens. If you enable notifications, we collect the token required to deliver them.

3.3 Information From Third Parties

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

Create, maintain, and secure your account
Deliver the App's core features, including habit tracking, scoring, streaks, courses, and events
Display your progress to you and, where applicable, to your assigned team as part of the accountability structure of the program
Send you notifications, reminders, recaps, and updates about calls, events, and community activity
Provide customer support and respond to your requests
Process transactions and manage membership status
Understand how the App is used so we can improve it
Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our terms
Comply with legal obligations
Send marketing and promotional communications where you have consented or where otherwise permitted by law
5. INFORMATION VISIBLE TO OTHER MEMBERS
This section matters more in this App than in most, so read it closely.
Leaders Create Leaders is built around accountability. Depending on your settings and your team structure, the following may be visible to other members:
Your name and profile photo
Your daily H5 score and streak
Your team standing and participation
Content you post in community areas
Call and event attendance
The specific habits you choose, your written reflections, and your private notes are visible only to you.
Do not post information in community areas that you are not comfortable sharing with other members.
We do not sell your personal information.
We share information in the following circumstances:
Service providers. We use third party vendors to operate the App. These may include [HOSTING PROVIDER], [ANALYTICS PROVIDER], [CRASH REPORTING PROVIDER], [PUSH NOTIFICATION PROVIDER], [EMAIL AND SMS PROVIDER], and [PAYMENT PROCESSOR]. They may access your information only to perform services for us and are contractually required to protect it.
Other members. As described in Section 5.
Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or if we believe disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Leaders Create Leaders, our members, or the public.
With your consent. In any other case where you direct or permit us to share.

Notifications. You can turn push notifications off in your device settings. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email, and from SMS by replying STOP. We may still send you transactional messages related to your account and membership.

9.1 If You Are in California
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; to request deletion; to request correction; to opt out of sale or sharing of personal information; and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross context behavioral advertising. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. THIRD PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES
The App may contain links to third party websites and services, including Zoom, our community platform, and payment providers. This policy does not apply to those services. Review their privacy policies before providing information to them.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App, by email, or by other reasonable means before the changes take effect. The Last Updated date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
