Nobody skips one. The room moves together, in order, because the order is the point. You can't be commissioned into what you haven't closed.
What remains unfinished?
Before a man leads forward, he closes what is behind him. We put the unfinished business on the table out loud, in front of men who will remember what you said.
What does leadership require of me now?
A leader is the standard bearer. Which means the private standard has to match the public mission: no gap, no performance. We rebuild your Championship Standard for a man who is now responsible for others.
What must come under leadership?
Most men have vision without order. We audit every domain you're responsible for and find the ones running unled because the area you avoid governing is the area that eventually governs you.
What am I being entrusted to lead?
Here it stops being self-development. We name the actual people whose lives get better or worse depending on who you decide to be. Most men have never written that list down. It changes everything.
Who will I become in 2027?
Not goal-setting. A commissioning. You write your 2027 Leadership Commission, you sign it, and you read it aloud before the brotherhood. What's spoken in that room becomes the thing they hold you to all year.
Now that you know who you are, what are you going to do with the man you've become?

I haven't been to a previous LCL event. Can I still come?
Most engagements begin within three weeks. Sprints can often start sooner.
Is this a faith-based event?
Almost always. We assess what you already run, keep what works and integrate around it rather than replacing platforms for the sake of it.
How much of this is speaking versus doing?
You do. Everything we build is delivered into your repositories and cloud accounts, documented and handed over.
What happens after I leave?
We say so. Plenty of problems are solved faster by better process or cleaner data — and we will tell you that before you spend.
Why "commissioning" and not "goal setting"?
We agree the measure before we start — cycle time, accuracy, cost per decision — and report against it every fortnight.
