We bring virtual support and intentional in-person experiences together. Our proprietary AI app, currently in beta with members, is designed to help you recognize patterns, stay connected to your commitments, and support accountability between conversations. Yes. We believe Jesus Christ is the greatest example of a leader. His teachings and example form the foundation of our leadership curriculum.

You do not have to share our beliefs about God or Jesus Christ to belong. We speak openly about God and stand boldly in our faith. If that culture does not align with you, LCL may not be the right fit, and that is okay.

You do not need to arrive as an AI expert. Learning to master AI is part of Level 03, Lead. Workshops, AI tools, and expert-led masterclasses help connect learning to practice. AI can help you prepare, organize commitments, and create capacity. It supports the work; it does not replace judgment, character, faith, or human accountability.
