Five levels of formation

01 · Leader of Standards. Clear the ground. Get honest about the patterns holding you back, with a feedback partner and brothers who will not let you hide.

02 · Leader of Structure. Build what holds. Develop a personal operating system over a three-month season with a weekly team of 4–6 men.

03 · Leader of Leaders, in Training. By invitation. Practice hard conversations, coaching, and multiplication through ten weeks of training, with feedback from Gerard and Kelly. Learn to master AI as part of your leadership development.

04 · Leader of Leaders, in Practice. Lead a Level 2 team through a full season. Put your leadership into practice, receive ongoing feedback, and be commissioned as an LCL leader of leaders.

05 · Leader of Legacy. By invitation. Opens Q3 2027. Steward capital, mentor emerging leaders, and serve beyond yourself through mission trips, partnerships, investing, and opportunities to multiply together.

Advancement is earned through demonstrated leadership, character, and practice. Level 5 also opens opportunities to lead regional chapters and partner with LCL in serving members.

A place to practice

Teams, group coaching, mentorship, workshops, and in-person experiences give men a place to apply what they learn. Other leaders know their commitments and hold them to them.

Members can pursue the Elite Business Accelerator alongside formation at Levels 01 through 05. Membership determines the coaching and experiences included.

Faith is our foundation

We believe Jesus Christ is the greatest example of a leader. His teachings and example form the foundation of our curriculum.

You do not have to share our beliefs to participate. You do need to be open to an environment that speaks boldly about God and takes faith, family, and responsibility seriously.
